Experience the blended powers of a deep Heart-Opening Meditation and Expressive Writing Session to help you explore, process, and release repressed emotions that may be limiting your ability to experience positive feelings of self-worth, confidence, deep joy, life purpose, and an overall sense of life satisfaction.

If you're experiencing an overwhelming sense of stress, anxiety, fear, or feel stuck in the past, ruminating about painful events that you've experienced and are unable to move on with your life.

Through my expert guidance and in the safe, confidential and supportive space I create, you'll be guided through a deep heart-opening meditation and immersive writing session to help you work through whatever is keeping you awake at night, and let it go.

The format of this workshop is highly interactive and involves a combination of teaching, group discussion and individual reflection.

No prior writing or meditation experience is necessary to benefit from this workshop. All you need is a willingness to journey deeply inwards.

What To Expect From The Workshop:

  • A safe and non-judgmental space to share your story and experiences with others.
  • A deep guided meditation session to help open your heart and connect with your higher self for guidance.
  • An Expressive writing session to help you explore, process and release the painful emotions weighing you down.
  • A chance to receive answers to the big questions in your life.
  • Connect and have deep conscious conversations with other participants from all around the world.
  • A great sense of community with like-minded people and a deep feeling of being heard, accepted, and understood.
  • You'll leave the workshop feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and inspired to put the lessons you've learnt into practice for greater wellbeing.

Good To Know:

» The workshop is limited to a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 10 participants and will only proceed if the minimum number of registrants is filled.

» All participants are expected to be visible on camera during the workshop(no switched off cameras permitted).

» Remember to wear very comfortable clothes and to avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the sessions starts.

» Make sure you have your journal/notebook and pen ready, and to avoid being disturbed or disrupted during the session please switch off all your electronic gadgets.

 » Have enough space for lying down, and have a cushion for support and a blanket to keep you warm during the deep guided heart-opening meditation. (this is optional, you can remain seated during the meditation session).

» The meeting will be held via the Zoom video conferencing platform and the meeting login link will be sent to you via email one day prior to the start date.

» Your personal writing will not be not shared with the group unless you choose to share. What is shared are your reflections on the impact the writing has on you.

» Please note, this workshop is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice, evaluation or treatment. If you have serious mental health conditions or have recently experienced trauma, then this workshop may not suitable for you due to the deep emotional nature of the exercises that may trigger unwanted side effects for you.
