Writing For Wellness - Private Coaching

My private Writing for Wellness program is a deep, experiential, and transformative process for those who are committed to the journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and healing.

I offer my signature 6-Week Writing for Wellness workshop to individuals online (via Zoom) and in-person in the Amsterdam area.

And I can also design a customized writing program to meet your specific needs and goals such as; healing trauma, mitigating burnout, depression, grief, etc.

Whether it's your professional life or personal life you're looking to transform, no matter your age or life experiences, I can help you discover clinically validated writing techniques including Expressive writing, also known as Emotional writing, to begin acknowledging and accepting the sum total of who you are and all you've experienced, and ground in a commitment to heal and transform those aspects of your being and life stories that no longer serve your higher good.

My private writing sessions can be one-on-one or in small groups (couples, family, friends).
