Writing For Wellness ๑ The Power of Mindfulness & Writing.

A great deal of anxiety comes from the rush and hurry of a turbulent mind, which jumps recklessly to unwarranted conclusions, rushes to judgments, and often goes too fast to see events and people as they indeed are. Such a mind keeps the body under continual stress and can lead to the manifestation of debilitating mental, emotional, and physical disorders.

Our unique Writing for Wellness weekly class offers you an excellent opportunity to slow down your mind in a safe, confidential, and supportive space to counteract the draining effects of such a frantic “monkey mind.”

And the highly experienced teacher, Susan, will guide the participants in this one-of-a-kind interactive group class through various mindful practices to help them release and let go of the repressed negative thoughts, emotions, and energetic imprints. That keeps them awake at night and limits their ability to experience a more joyful, peaceful, purposeful, and meaningful life.

Each class will be a unique experience and revolve around specific themes such as The Power of Surrender, Intention, Self-Love, Affirmations, Self-Mastery, Conquest of Mind, Manifestation, etc. All designed to help you release the excess mental and emotional baggage weighing you down. And gain clarity and inspiration to re-create your life moving forwards.

Expect to be guided into a deep state of relaxation, allowing your energetic system to release the perpetual feelings of tension, fear, anxiety, doubt, and overwhelm that block you from bringing your dreams and desires to fruition.

During the weekly sessions, Susan will utilize a powerful blend of mindfulness practices and a progression of research-proven therapeutic writing forms, such as Expressive Writing to ensure that you leave the class feeling more relaxed, revitalized, inspired, connected, and free!

Free to be authentically you and free to come to greater inner peace with your own story, regardless of what you have experienced.

As one of the many benefits of participating in this class, you’ll become open to responding to life’s difficulties not as a source of stress and anxiety but as natural challenges that will pass, too, as all things do.

*No prior writing or meditation experience is required to benefit from this class. All you need is a willingness to journey deeply inwards and a desire to connect with like-minded others in a safe and sacred space.

All writing materials will be provided free of charge, and you’re free to write your exercises in the language you’re most comfortable using.
