These events can be hosted on-site at your workplace, online - live and interactive via the Zoom video conferencing platform, or at another agreed-upon location in your city, such as a wellness center or meditation/yoga studio.
No prior writing or meditation experience is required to benefit from my programs. All that's needed is an individual's willingness to be open-minded and journey deeply inwards.

The program's total cost for your team or group will depend on the number of participants attending the course, workshop, or retreat, the preferred duration, and where I'll host the event.
