Classes, workshops and other events can be hosted on-site at your workplace, online - live (via the Zoom platform), or at another agreed upon location in your city, such as a wellness center or meditation studio.

No writing or meditation experience is required to benefit from my offerings, all that's required is an individual's willingness to journey deeply inwards.
