And my popular Mindfulness Programs for the workplace, introduce participants to this highly transformative practice and its numerous benefits through a dynamic process that includes;

                                                What Is Mindfulness?


Mindfulness is the quality of being present and fully engaged with whatever we're doing at the moment - free from distraction or judgment, and aware of our thoughts, emotions, and sensations without getting caught up in them.

I love to work with different companies and organizations to create and deliver customized Mindfulness Programs that include; 

  • 2 hour Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation workshops.
  • 6-week Mindfulness for Stress Management program.
  • Customized Mindfulness and Meditation courses, workshops, seminars, and retreats.


I can deliver custom packages for smaller teams and larger groups in-person and online.

                                      How My Programs Work;


We meet once a week for 1 - 2 hours at your workplace, another selected location, or online for an agreed period. Participants receive exercises and instructions at the end of each meeting for their home practice, and during the next meeting, they get an opportunity to discuss and share their reflections and experiences with other participants (this is optional and not required).


The program can also be customized for in-person or online one-on-one coaching for executives and business managers.
