Rest in a safe, supportive, and sacred space that encourages you to explore your inner world, and shift your perspective about the events that have shaped who you are in the company of an intimate group of like-minded women.

Transform your relationship with fear, and explore what fears are holding you back from the life you really want to experience. 

In this 6-week group healing space you will:

  • Transform your relationship with fear, and explore what fears are holding you back from the life you really want to experience.
  • Develop the necessary tools to tap into your heart-space―the seat of universal wisdom―to help you construct a meaningful narrative about the painful experiences you've had and finally be free from old imposed stories that have been weighing you down.
  • Meet and connect with other women and share your stories and experiences in a non-judgmental space.
  • Explore different modes of writing including Expressive writing, Poetic writing, Storytelling, Transactional writing, Affirmative writing, and Legacy writing to help you heal trauma and upheavals.
  • Explore different meditation practices such as Mindfulness, Heart-Opening Meditation, and Loving-Kindness Meditation to help you open drop out of your mind-space and into your heart-space, and to help you overcome the debilitating condition of over thinking.
  • Discover your natural gifts, talents, and deeper life purpose.

You will arrive to the end of this transformative 6-week experience feeling relaxed, restored, and inspired to recreate your life, so you go from feeling perpetually stressed-out, anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected and lonely, to instead, experience deeper joy, creativity, connection, and purpose.

No writing or meditation experience is necessary to benefit from this healing circle, all you need is a willingness to journey deep inwards and connect with others in a sacred and loving space.

Location: Online - Live via Zoom Video Conferencing Platform.

Good to know:

» The workshop is limited to a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 10 participants and will only proceed if the minimum number of registrants is filled.

» Attending the first meeting is very important, so please try not to miss it.

» All participants are expected to be visible on camera (no switched off cameras).

» Remember to wear very comfortable clothes and to avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the sessions starts.

» The writing exercises will be sent weekly to you via email.

» Your personal writing is not shared with the group unless you choose to share. What is shared are your reflections on the impact the writing is having on you.

» I will be available for phone and email chats for the duration of the workshop, should you need extra support or advice.

» Please note, this workshop is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice, evaluation or treatment. If you have recently experienced trauma, then this workshop may not be suitable for you due to the deeply emotional writing nature of the exercises that may trigger unwanted effects for you.
