This weekend workshop is your guide to using Meditation, Mindfulness Storytelling, Journaling, and Deep Conscious Conversations to uncover your deepest wounds and attaining the guidance that'll help you to heal and transform them.

Join a small, intimate group of like-minded people from the comfort of your own home, to work through whatever keeps you awake at night and that limits your ability to experience an overall sense of well-being and life satisfaction.

Share your stories and experiences with others, and hear their stories for inspiration, motivation, and connection with yourself and the world around you.

In this transformative 3-day retreat, we will gather for three virtual healing circles on Zoom: Please note, times are (CET) - Amsterdam time.

» Friday, October the 1st - 18:30-20:30

» Sat, October the 2nd - 14:30-16:30

» Sun, October the 3rd - 14:30-16:30

Good to Know:

» The workshop is limited to a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 12 participants and will only proceed if the minimum number of registrants is filled.

» Attending the first meeting is very important, so please try not to miss it.

» All participants are expected to be visible on camera during the retreat(no switched off cameras permitted).

» The Zoom login links will be sent to you via email one day prior to the start of the retreat.

» Remember to wear very comfortable clothes and to avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the sessions starts.

» The writing exercises will be sent to you via email.

» Your personal writing is not shared with the group unless you choose to share. What is shared are your reflections on the impact the writing is having on you.

» I will be available for phone and email chats for the duration of the retreat, should you need extra support or advice.

» Please note, this retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice, evaluation or treatment. If you have recently experienced trauma, then this workshop may not be suitable for you due to the deeply emotional writing nature of the exercises that may trigger unwanted effects for you.
