What To Expect From This Virtual Campfire:

The objective of this deeply interactive workshop is to offer inspiration, self-awareness, self-reflection, healing, and transformation - through the healing powers of storytelling and reflective writing - to anyone who feels:

  • Stuck, Lost, or Overwhelmed
  • Stressed-out
  • Depressed and Lonely
  • Anxious about the future
  • Uninspired
  • Misunderstood
  • Fearful
  • Or anyone who desires to wake up and start living a conscious and connected life that is peaceful, joyful, and meaningful.

Everyone has a story to tell, and the stories we tell about ourselves have a great impact not only on how we experience the world around us, but on our health too!

Research has proven that telling your life story can help you heal trauma and overcome stressful life events and upheavals, by aiding you in discovering the root causes of your emotions.

And once you've figured out why you feel the way you do, you can then utilize the transformative storytelling techniques that I will be teaching you in this workshop - self-observation, perspective-taking, and interpretation - to address and process your feelings about painful past experiences, so you can heal and release the old story that has been weighing you down, and move forward with your life.

In the warm, safe, and supported space of the workshop, you'll get a chance to express, explore, and rewrite your life story, so that you go from feeling habitually stressed, anxious, frustrated, uninspired and more, to instead, become more calm, connected, optimistic, mindful and free from whatever obstacles that are keeping you from living your desired life.

The workshop will also offer you an opportunity to connect with people you would not otherwise meet and provide you with a sense of validation and a feeling of being understood and accepted without judgment.

No prior writing or storytelling experience is required for you to participate and benefit from this workshop.

                           Workshop Details:

  • We'll meet weekly online for 2 hours via Zoom on 6 consecutive Wednesdays (Contact me if you need help with setting this up).
  • Links to sign into the meetings and modules and instructions will be delivered weekly by email.
  • You're not required to share your personal writing with others (unless you choose to), what is shared are your reflections on the impact the writing and storytelling exercises is having on you.
  • I'll get in touch with you closer to the start date of the workshop with further details.
  • I'll be available for phone and email chats for the duration of the workshop, should you need extra support.

The process of writing can bring up deeply buried memories and emotions, so please speak to an appropriate medical practitioner if you have past or current psychiatric disorders before signing up, as the workshop might not be suitable for you.
