A great deal of anxiety comes from the rush and hurry of a turbulent mind, that jumps recklessly to unwarranted conclusions, rushes to false judgements, and often is going too fast to see people and events as they really are.


Such a frantic mind keeps the body under continuous stress, and can lead to the manifestation of debilitating psychological, emotional, and physical disorders that can suck the life out of you and leave you feeling perpetually stressed-out, anxious,  overwhelmed, or stuck.

Meditation — which is an umbrella term for a broad variety of practices whose aim is to train our minds and induce a specific mode of awareness — has been shown through extensive research to be very effective in calming the mind, and reducing stress and anxiety levels, as well as having a wide-range of other documented benefits, some of which you will experience when you work with me.

Whether you're looking to learn how to meditate, learn more about mindfulness, reconnect with or deepen your practice in a safe and sacred space from the comfort of your own home, office, or outside in nature, I offer individual sessions customized to your personal needs. 


I'm a highly experienced teacher with in depth knowledge of various forms of meditation including;

And unlike learning to meditate via an app or an impersonal digital meditation course, which can't answer any questions you may have or give you personal feedback on your progress, I can go over your personal meditation goals, evaluate the meditation style that suits you best, and help you design a regular meditation practice that fits effortlessly within your lifestyle.


My teaching approach is relaxed, informal, and secular, so whatever your personal beliefs are, you're welcome to experience a truly profound experience with my guidance to help you reduce negative thoughts and feelings of stress, anxiety, loneliness, overwhelm, depression, and more, and help you to open up and connect to your sacred heart space  the fountain of all universal wisdom, to aid in healing old wounds and having breakthroughs on your toughest life challenges.

                                                    What You Should Expect

During your 60 minutes session, which will be held via Zoom, you'll be guided through a personalized meditation practice to help open your heart, uncover any past pain that is limiting you from experiencing the life you desire, and release the repressed emotions that have been blocking you, so you can move forward with clarity, renewed energy, and a deeper sense of your life's purpose.


Your 60 minutes session(s) includes 5 phases; 

  • Before booking your session(s) you will fill in a simple questionnaire to give me an insight to where you are in life and what your most pressing needs are, so I can prepare for our session and create a tailored meditation practice for you.
  • On the day of our meeting, we'll have An introduction session in which I'll explain to you what you should expect.
  • A tailored meditation practice to address and relieve the tension caused by the most pressing issue at the moment.
  • And finally, we will end our session with a relaxed conversation in which we will discuss your reflections on the  meditation practice and you will receive feedback and answers to any questions you may have.
  • After our session, you'll receive a PDF post-session road map within 72 hours with tips and exercises to help you maximize our work together and assist you on moving forward.

Expect to leave the session feeling calmer and more relaxed, ready to return to your daily life in a more centered and balanced state.

                                 The cost of:

  • 1 session 60 minutes is: € 75 (inc 21%VAT) 
  • 5 sessions 60 minutes is: € 345 (inc 21%VAT) 
  • 10 sessions 60 minutes is: € 630 (inc 21%VAT)
