For eight weeks, we'll have weekly one-hour coaching sessions via  Zoom, where I'll skillfully help you get to the bottom of your life's toughest challenges and blocks.

And mindfully work through them, so you can realign your mind, body, and spirit to achieve vibrant health and come to a balanced state characterized by a profound sense of renewed energy, stability, and clarity.

During the eight-week journey, we'll utilize a powerful blend of; Mindfulness and Deep Guided Meditation, various research-proven Therapeutic Writing techniques, Intuitive Energy Healing, Storytelling, and Deep Conscious Conversations.

To help heal and re-create your life, so you can go from feeling perpetually stressed-out, anxious, and overwhelmed. And instead, experience deep relaxation and mindfulness and raise your vibration to a higher state of self-expression, intuition, and purpose-driven living.

Between our weekly coaching sessions, you'll receive therapeutic journaling assignments to help accelerate your healing and life transformation journey.

And you can expect to arrive at the end of your eight-week premium coaching program feeling restored, centered, inspired, and empowered to take the necessary steps to bring your dreams and goals to fruition.
