Through my skillful guidance and in the safe and supportive environment of a small, intimate, and interactive group, you'll get to journey deeply inwards and explore, process, and clear the obstacles limiting your ability to experience an overall sense of life satisfaction.


I'll guide you through powerful mindfulness techniques and a progression of therapeutic writing forms based on proven writing and wellness research.


And that includes; Expressive writing, Poetic writing, Storytelling, Transactional writing, Affirmative writing, and Legacy writing. To help open your heart, heal traumas and pain from your past, and release the repressed negative thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that keep you from living in alignment with your highest good.


You'll arrive at the end of the six-week transformative course feeling more relaxed, revitalized, inspired, connected, and free.

And free to come to terms with your own story, regardless of what you may have experienced.


No writing or meditation experience is necessary to benefit from this course; you need a willingness to journey deeply inward and connect with others in a non-judgmental space.

GOOD TO KNOW:


The course is limited to 10 participants only!


Attending the first meeting is very important, so please try not to miss it. I will send you the Zoom meeting login link one day before the course starts.


Please always be on time as I close the meeting entrance 2 minutes before the session starts without exception.


All participants will be visible at all times (no switched-off cameras are permitted).


There will be group and one-on-one interactions, discussions, and sharing of stories, reflections, and experiences.


Remember to wear very comfortable clothes and avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the sessions.


Your writing is not shared with the group unless you choose to share. What is shared are your reflections on the impact the writing has on you.


I will be available for extra support via email for the course duration, should you need additional help or advice.
