The life-transformative Mindfulness & Writing for Wellness private program is for those seeking to heal old traumas and pain from the past and learn new mindful ways to manage and overcome stressful life events and emotional upheavals.


HOW IT WORKS:


For six weeks, we'll have weekly 60-mins interactive coaching sessions via Zoom. And we'll utilize various Mindfulness practices and a progression of research-proven Therapeutic Writing techniques, including; Expressive writing, Poetic writing, Storytelling, Affirmative writing, Transaction writing, and Legacy writing.


To help you open your heart, heal from any challenge, and identify, release, and clear out the repressed negative thoughts, emotions, and beliefs blocking your experience of a more profound sense of joy, peace, purpose, and life satisfaction.


Between our coaching sessions, you'll receive weekly journaling assignments via email to help accelerate your healing process and shift your state of being from pain, confusion, and overwhelm into one of clarity, healing, growth, and transformation.


You'll arrive at the end of the six-week program feeling more relaxed, revitalized, inspired, light-hearted, and free!

The 6-week private Mindfulness & Writing for Wellness Coaching Program costs € 595 (Inc 21% VAT), and you have an option to pay in 2 or 3 installments.
