You’ll be guided through different powerful meditation techniques including Mindfulness and Deep Heart-Activation Meditation, along with a progression of various Therapeutic writing forms that are evidence-based and that include:

  • Legacy Writing

To help you overcome challenging life blocks and obstructions that are keeping you from living in alignment with your true life purpose.

*No prior writing or meditation experience is required to join this workshop, all you need to benefit from this one-of-a-kind life experience is a willingness to journey deeply inwards and deal with long standing life traumas and emotional upheavals.

Location: Online - Live stream and group interaction via the Zoom video conferencing platform.

» The workshop is limited to a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 10 participants and will only proceed if the minimum number of registrants is filled.

» Attending the first meeting is very important, so please try not to miss it. 

» The host and all participants will be live and visible at all times (no switched off cameras permitted). There will be group and one-on-one interaction as you would expect in a traditional class setting.

» You'll need your own private space, where you will feel comfortable engaging in the practices and ideally have room for some lying down practices. Also have comfortable cushions and a warm blanket/shawl ready.

» Remember to wear very comfortable clothes and to avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the workshop starts.

» The writing exercises will be sent weekly to you via email.

» Your personal writing is not shared with the group unless you choose to share. What is shared are your reflections on the impact the writing is having on you.

» I will be available for email chats for the duration of the workshop, should you need extra support or advice.

» Please note, this workshop is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice, evaluation or treatment. If you have recently experienced trauma or have a history of experiencing severe mental disorders, then this workshop may not be suitable for you due to the deeply emotional nature of the exercises that may trigger unwanted effects for you.
