Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed-out, anxious about the future, or stuck in the past, thinking over and over about painful events that you’ve experienced and unable to move on with your life?


Or, do you wish to gain deeper clarity and understanding about a specific issue or phase in your life?

Through my expert guidance and in the safe and supportive environment of a small, intimate and interactive group, you'll get to journey deeply inwards and reveal, release and clear-out the mental, emotional and physical blocks that are limiting your ability to experience a deeper sense of joy, peace, and purpose.


For the duration of the 6-week course, you’ll be guided through a variety of powerful meditation techniques, including Mindfulness, and a progression of restorative writing forms that are based on proven research in the field of writing and wellness, that include: 


Expressive writing, Poetic writing, Storytelling, Transactional writing, Manifestation writing, and Legacy writing.


To help you overcome traumas and emotional challenges that are keeping you from living your most aligned, balanced, and joyous life.


You’ll arrive at the end of the six-week transformative course feeling more relaxed, revitalized, inspired, connected and free!

No writing or meditation experience is necessary to benefit from this workshop, all you need is an open mind and the willingness to journey deeply inwards.

Location: Online - Live stream and interactive via the Zoom video conferencing platform.

GOOD TO KNOW:

The course is limited to a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 10 participants and will only proceed if the minimum number of registrants is filled.


Attending the first meeting is very important, so please try not to miss it. The Zoom meeting login link will be sent to you one day before the course is scheduled to start.


All participants are expected to be visible at all times (no switched off cameras permitted).


There will be group and one-on-one interactions, discussions, and sharing of stories, reflections and experiences.


You'll need your own private space, where you can feel comfortable engaging in the practices and ideally have room to lie down for some of the practices. Also, it's handy to have some comfortable cushions and a warm blanket/shawl nearby in case you need them.


Remember to wear very comfortable clothes and to avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the sessions starts.

The writing exercises will be sent to you weekly via email.


Your personal writing is not shared with the group unless you choose to share. What is shared are your reflections on the impact the writing is having on you.


I will be available for extra support for the duration of the course, should you need extra support or advice.
