» The workshop will be held online via Zoom and the login details to the session will be sent to you via email a day prior to the workshop.

» All participants are expected to be visible on camera during the session. Please note, that invisible participants will not be permitted to join the session.

» Your personal writing is not shared with the group unless you choose to share. What is shared is your reflection on the impact of the exercises.

» Please note, this session is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice, evaluation or treatment.
