Meditation is a simple and very powerful practice of training our attention and awareness, that has been scientifically proven to be an effective aid in the treatment of many mental and physical health issues, as well as generally improving our performance, relationships, and well-being.

I offer a 6-Week Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness workshop and customized 

meditation sessions online (via Zoom) and in-person in the Amsterdam area, whose benefits can include:
