Would you like to learn how to break cycles of stress, anxiety, unhappiness, frustration and more, and instead, cultivate positive qualities such as; happiness, self-esteem, confidence, compassion, gratitude, mindfulness and so much more?

Whether you're new to meditation, want to refresh your practice, or already have a regular practice, but want to connect with others in a warm, safe, and supportive space, then this workshop is for you!

In this deep and interactive workshop, you'll get a chance to:

  • Learn what Meditation and Mindfulness are and what they're not.
  • Learn a variety of formal and informal meditation techniques.
  • Learn how to recognize conditioned patterns of negative thinking, worrying, and self-criticism that often generate stress and anxiety, and how to overcome them.
  • Connect with other participants and have deep, meaningful conversations.
  • Shine a light on what keeps you awake at night and release it.
  • Learn self-compassion and how to extend compassion to others.
  • Learn how to cultivate Gratitude for healing and transforming your life.
  • And so much more!

                                                  Good To Know: 

  • Each workshop is limited to 12 participants only! And tends to fill up quickly, so please reserve your place as early as possible using the form below.
  • No prior mediation experience is necessary to join the workshop.
  • Online workshop dates: Tuesdays, Sep 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, Oct 6th
  • Amsterdam workshop dates: Tuesdays, Oct 13th, 20th, 27th, Nov 3rd, 10th, 17th
  • For the online workshop, we'll meet weekly live via Zoom (contact me if you need help with setting this up).
  • The location for the Amsterdam workshop will be announced soon! 
  • We'll work with a different theme each week.
  • I will be available for phone or email chats if you need extra support for the duration of the workshop.
  • *Important Notice: The meditation exercises can trigger deeply buried memories and emotions, so please speak to an appropriate medical practitioner if you have past or current psychiatric disorders before signing up, as the workshop might not be suitable for you.
