A great deal of anxiety comes from the rush and hurry of a turbulent mind, that jumps recklessly to unwarranted conclusions, rushes to false judgements, and often is going too fast to see people and events as they really are.

Such a frantic mind keeps the body under continuous stress, and can lead to the manifestation of debilitating psychological, emotional, and physical disorders, that can suck the life out of you and leave you feeling perpetually stressed-out, anxious,  overwhelmed, or stuck.

Meditation — which is an umbrella term for a broad variety of practices whose aim is to train our attention and awareness — has been shown through extensive research, to be very effective in quieting the mind, and reducing stress and anxiety levels, as well as having a wide-range of other documented benefits.

Whether you want to learn how to meditate or deepen your practice, you don't have to figure it all out by yourself. 

I'm a highly trained meditation teacher, with deep experience in teaching the following meditation techniques: Mindfulness Meditation, Heart Coherence Meditation, Loving Kindness Meditation, Deep Relaxation Meditation (Yoga Nidra), Body Scan Meditation, Mantra Meditation, Writing Meditation, and Walking Meditation.

And unlike learning to meditate via an app or an online meditation course, which can't answer your questions or give you feedback on your progress, I can go over your personal meditation goals, evaluate the meditation style that suits you best, and help you design a regular meditation practice that fits effortlessly within your lifestyle.

My teaching style is informal and secular, so whatever your personal beliefs are, you're welcome to experience my deeply guided meditation sessions to help you reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression, and discover the fountain of true peace and inner calm within yourself.

I currently offer interactive online one-on-one meditation sessions and sessions for small private groups (max 8 people).
