 A great deal of anxiety comes from the rush and hurry of a turbulent mind that jumps recklessly to unwarranted conclusions, rushes to false judgments, and often goes too fast to see people and events as they are.

Such a hectic mind keeps the body under continual stress. It can lead to debilitating psychological, emotional, and physical disorders that can suck the life out and leave you feeling perpetually stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed.

The regular practice of meditation has been shown through extensive research to be very effective in calming the mind, reducing stress and anxiety levels, and having a wide range of other documented benefits, many of which you can experience when you work with me.

Whether you want to learn the practice of meditation or if you wish to refresh or deepen your practice in a safe and loving space from the comfort of your own home or outside in nature.

I offer private meditation sessions designed to promote stress and anxiety relief and profound states of relaxation.

And unlike learning to meditate via an impersonal App or digital meditation course, which can't answer any questions you may have or give you personal feedback on your progress.

I can review your meditation goals, evaluate the meditation style that suits you best, and help you cultivate a regular practice that fits effortlessly within your daily schedule and lifestyle.

My teaching approach is very relaxed, informal, and secular. You're welcome to experience a profoundly transformative and healing experience and practice accepting your thoughts, emotions, and the world around you without judgment or attachment to benefit your psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.


During your 60 mins session, which is held via Zoom, you'll be guided through a deep meditative journey using breath awareness, imagery, and visualization to help you quiet your mind and enter a state of deep relaxation.

This meditative journey can expand your consciousness and bring about a significant shift in how you perceive and experience your life, relationships, career, expectations, and life purpose.

When your meditation journey ends, you will have enough time to reflect and share your experiences with me, ask questions, and receive feedback and advice. I will share with you simple, actionable tips you can use to integrate and maximize our work together.

Expect to leave the session feeling calmer and restored, "lighter," and ready to move forward with clarity, renewed energy, and a more profound sense of what YOU want out of your life and how to release cognitive and emotional limitations in the way of manifesting it.
