In this deeply guided meditation sessions, I invite you to suspend the daily demands of life and go deeply within, through various meditation techniques such as Mindfulness, Visualization, Recitation of a phrase(s), Breathwork and more, to promote:

  • These meditation sessions will be offered weekly online -live via Zoom, starting Sep 9th.
  •  You can enroll for one or more sessions.

  • The sessions are interactive and there will be time reserved for questions and connection with other participants
  • No prior mediation experience is necessary to join the workshop.
