                    BOOKINGS, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

I understand that due to unforeseeable circumstances, you may have to cancel or postpone your booking.


But because I offer very limited spots in both my private coaching and group events, I have set a bookings, cancellation and refund policy that will enable me to serve you efficiently.


And in my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients, the following policies are honored:


            INNERFLOW 8- WEEK PREMIUM COACHING PROGRAM

If you sign up for my 8-week InnerFlow Premium Coaching Program and decide to cancel your whole booking after one session, you will receive your refund minus the cost of your attended session and a €100,- charge fee (to compensate for my missed client bookings due to your blocked dates).


If you cancel your whole booking upto 14 days before your scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund of your payment. However, if you cancel your booking within 14 days before your scheduled start date, you will be charged €250,- (to compensate for my missed client bookings due to your blocked session dates).


Alternatively, if you need to postpone your sessions due to unanticipated events, you are welcome to rebook your new sessions dates without extra costs.


         PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE COACHING & HEALING SESSIONS

When you book a private one-on-one coaching or healing session, you'll receive an email within minutes confirming your booking. You'll also receive a reminder 48 hours before your session is scheduled to start.


Please make sure you are on time because if you arrive more than 10 minutes late your session will be cancelled and considered a "no-show".


If this happens you'll be charged in full.


 I strongly uphold this rule to make sure that the integrity of my work is not compromised by having to offer you a shortened session, which may affect the flow and outcome of the session for you.


Please note, I don't offer refunds for cancelled or postponed sessions.


Instead, you're given an option to reschedule your session for another date at no extra cost. You can also gift the session(s) to a loved one if you can't make it to the sessions yourself.


                                    FULL REFUND GUARANTEE:

To uphold the integrity of my work and to honor your trust in my offerings, I guarantee a full refund of your payment, should you in any way feel unsatisfied with the results of your session with me. 


In the unlikely event of this happening, just send me an email within 5 days after your session ends, stating the reasons for your dissatisfaction, and your full refund request will be honored.


*Please note, this offer is only valid for upto 5 days after your session ends. After this time lapses, no refund will be offered.


                  SINGLE DAY CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & TRAININGS

These events are non-refundable. However, you're welcome to offer your spot to a loved one. Just be sure to inform me of this via email and give me the details of the person to whom you've gifted your spot to.


                     6-WEEK GROUP COURSES & WORKSHOPS

When you book a spot in one of my 6-week courses or workshops, you'll receive an email with a payment link for your booking within 1 working day. 


Please note, your spot in the course or workshop will only be confirmed when your payment is received. 


You can make your payment through these payment methods:


Direct bank transfer (for those within the EU).

And PayPal for everyone else.


Because of the very limited spots I offer in each course or workshop(10 spots max!), to receive a full refund you need to cancel your booking at least 14 days before the event you signed up for is scheduled to start. 


This allows the opportunity for someone else to take your spot. 


Cancellations should be sent via email only.


If you cancel your booking within 14 days before your event start date, no refund will be offered to you, however, you are welcome to rebook a spot in a future event at no extra cost (new event start dates are regularly added throughout the year).


Alternatively, you can gift your spot to a loved one. Please be sure to inform me of this via email and give me the name and email address of the person to whom you've gifted your spot. 


                                    FULL REFUND GUARANTEE:

To uphold the integrity of my work and to honor your trust in my offerings, I guarantee a full refund of your payment, if you fully participate in all the sessions of the course or workshop you signed up for, and complete all the assignments given, but then arrive at the end of the event feeling dissatisfied with the outcome of your participation.

 

In the unlikely event of this happening, all you need to do is simply send me an email within 5 days after the event ends, stating the reasons for your dissatisfaction, and your full refund request will be honored.


*Please note, this refund offer is only valid for upto 5 days after your event ends. After this time lapses, no refund will be offered.


The offer is also only valid, if you attended all the sessions you signed up for and completed all the assignments set. 


In case you missed any sessions, or did not fully commit yourself to the program, no refund will be offered. 


*Please also note, if you attend the first session(s) and then decide to discontinue your participation, no refund will be offered. 


But, if you're forced to drop out of the program because of unanticipated circumstances, you'll receive no refund, but you're welcome to rebook a spot in another upcoming event( new start dates for all events are regularly added throughout the year). 


You're can also gift your spot to someone else, just be sure to inform of this and provide me with the name and email of the person you've gifted your spot to.


                                                *EXCEPTIONS

In some cases I can offer you a full refund at my own discretion if you make a late cancellation due to a serious unforeseeable circumstance such as falling ill, losing a loved one or any other serious life event. 

Should you find yourself in such an unfortunate situation, you can contact me via email and I will see what I can do for you.
