Due to unforeseeable circumstances, I understand that you may have to cancel your booking.

However, late cancellations significantly impact my income as I offer minimal spots in my private coaching services and group events to uphold my work's integrity.

So to avoid any inconveniences and disappointments, I have set a booking, cancellation, and refund policy that I believe is fair to both myself and my clients.

And as such, the following policies are honored for all my group offerings:

I do not offer refunds but provide registrants of my group events with suitable and fair alternative options.

Suppose you need to cancel your booking, please do so in writing via email at [email protected] In that case, you'll receive no payment refund. Still, you'll get an opportunity to sign up for another event at your convenience at no extra cost (all my group events are offered regularly throughout the year). And this offer has no expiry date.

Alternatively, if you cannot attend an event, you can offer your spot as a generous gift to a friend or family member. In this case, please notify me of this change via email and provide me with the name and contact details of the person to whom you've gifted your place.

Sometimes, I can offer you a part refund at my discretion.

For private one-on-one coaching and healing services, the following policies are honored:

I don't offer refunds. If you cancel your appointment, you can reschedule your session for another day/time at no extra charge.

For more extended private sessions of 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks you can cancel sessions for up to 14 days before they start without charge.

 But if you cancel your booking within 14 days before your sessions are scheduled to start, you'll be charged 25% of the total fee you paid to help compensate for the missed bookings your reservation caused me to incur. Alternatively, you can reschedule your sessions at your convenience without incurring any extra costs.
